    Hi,

i am a recent 3cx user and i am satisfied by the range of product; except for the 3CX Assistant.
In fact, i search an Outlook add-on with these features:

1-Real softphone (not like 3Cx assistant)
2-Ability to search contacts to call (in a form)
3-Compatible with Microsoft Exchange Public Folders
    4-Multi-extension
5-Call Waiting, Call transfer, call holding, missed/received/composed calls, Call history
    6-And of course, 3CX compatible. :p

I've tried the 3CX Assistant and Bria for Outlook. The latter seems perfect, except its not compatible with public folders...

    Thanks for any help

Bria for Outlook is about as close as you're going to get... esp since Microsoft is deprecating public folders.

Thanks. I am french and I don't really understand what you mean by "deprecating"...
Sould I understant it's not advised? Is there any replacements for Public Folders?

deprecated effectively means recommended against using because it has been replaced by something better. MS generally recommends using sharepoint as a replacement for public folders.

Ok. I understand now. But i suppose that 3CX (Phone System or Assistant) can't communicate with Sharepoint. True?
