    #1 requested feature from my clients is the ability to schedule a meeting directly from Outlook. Skype allows you to do this with one click: pasting the meeting dial info directly into the email/meeting request. 3CX makes you go into the softphone, send a separate email, maybe attach that email to the meeting invite if you want to consolidate things, etc. It's just an unnecessarily cumbersome process and one small plugin could really increase adoption in a huge way.

    Would like to see it work exactly like this: While composing new email / meeting invite I'd click a button to create a new audio conference. That call-in information would then inject directly into the body of the email / meeting at the bottom (or as an .eml attachment).

    Also, maybe add option to offer choice of extension(s) involved for example boardroom 1, conference room 2, meeting room 3, etc.....

    Been wanting this for a long time; the current method is lacking.
    1. Invitations do not come from the user so they can't see who accepted, rejected, or proposed a new time.
    2. Deleting conferences doesn't notify attendees that the conference is cancelled.
    3. Scheduling a meeting in a room with call-in attendees requires the user to schedule a conference in 3CX and the meeting and both are managed independently of each other even though they're logically tied to each other.
    4. No way to manage the conference without using a computer.

    Most competitors have Outlook integration, static conferences with user set IDs, conference moderators with user set PINs, ability to moderate conferences using dial codes, et cetera.

    Has there been any resolution to this yet? I find the Audio conference works well but the fact the organiser can't see who has accepted, rejected or proposed new time is a major drawback.

    Same here, I have frustrated users....and they keep jumping over to Skype.....

    The original post here is almost 2 years old. Is anyone from 3CX actually monitoring this? This is a much needed feature for us customers. I like your system, but there are some features it is seriously lacking and this is one of them.
