Outside office hours**RULES CONFIGURATION ERROR

    Hi,
    In inbound rules, I set to connect to another ring group when outside office hours.
    Is still not working this service in RC2?

    Did you configure office hours? This should work. Please check again and let us know.

    I also seem to have problems with the outside office hours. My main phonenumber connects to main extensin 1210, if not available or not answering etc. and during office hours it must connect to the voicemail of extension 1201 (during office hours voicemail). Outside Office Hours it needs to connect to the voicemail of extension 1202 (Outside office hours voicemail) right away.

    I set the global office hours.
    I set all of the above routings in extension 1210.

    When I call from a outside number i surprisingly get the voicemail (eventually) of extension 1210! Even after office hours, it still rings!

    thank you so much for your help. Some options were set wrong and this has been fixed now!
