Hi, Just upgraded to v10 at the weekend after waiting for SP2 to come out. On the last 2 mornings when people arrive in the office the phones are not working - no incoming or outgoing calls. When someone calls into the office and it goes to the ring group, the phones ring and the phones display "some message with the word vioptalk in it" (as described to me and is our provider) but nothing is heard when the call is picked up. I have told them to reboot the server and once this is done everything works fine for the rest of the day? Thinking it might be something to do with Abyss 'recycling' itself at 4am?? We were on v9 and had no problems before - straight forward backup & restore to v10. I'll run wireshark overnight tonight but just wondered if anyone else has had this problem.
