OVH cloud 3cx options

    Hi All, looking for opinions on OVH. what;s the general experience? good/bad what spec are people using. We are looking to provide this to a 40 extension company. IS VPS SSD ok or should we get higher.

    Hi Chris,

    We have a decent amount of experience with OVH based deployments and would reccomend a minnium of VPS SSD3 for this deployment.

    Haven't used OVH since they don't have a US presence but the number of extensions is not really a factor. CPU usage is going to be determined by things like transcoding, conferencing, report generation. Memory will follow the same usage patterns roughly. Disk space is determined by your call recording needs, voicemail storage, etc. 40 extensions on a 8 SC license is also different from 40 extensions on a 64 or 128SC license (aka call center). And VPS isn't something magical. You can look at the hardware requirements listed here and figure it out. That being said V..'s recommendation seems pretty solid.
