Paging not working

    We have upgraded from version 11 to version 12 and since the the *9 for paging is not working. This was working before that but now is not.
    I have checked under Settings>Advanced and it is still there as paging *9

    Version at the moment is 12.5.39117.982

    Under updates there is a "Service Pack 1" update, will doing that fix this issue?

    Are you using *9 for set-to-set paging (e.g. Intercom page) or are you using it through a Ring Group set to Paging with multiple sets selected?

    If you are using set-to-set paging (intercom) then you have to update the permissions on the extensions tab for the extension grouping to enable intercom. The extension permissions changed drastically from v11 to v12/v12.5.

    If you are using Ring Group paging give more detail on how it is failing.
