Paid Licence Tech Support

    I have a paid licence which is supposed to include tech support for one year but I can't find any details about who I'm supposed to contact. Is tech support supplied by 3CX (if so how do I get access as the support portal requires a username and password but there's no option to create an account and we never received any details after purchasing the licence, or is support provided by the reseller?

    If you purchased support you should have been provided with credentials to access the support portal automatically.
