One of my customers still has Panasonic KX-TGP500B01 phones. After upgrading from v12.5 to v15 -> 15.5SP1 it stopped accepting extarnal incoming calls. (Phone accepts call but drops line after 2 seconds)

I realise that Panasonic is not on the 3CX Supported IP Phones list anymore, does this mean that they will not work on 3CXv15 ?

Anyone with similar issues or suggestions for this phone?

After the upgrade, did you restart the phone?

Yes, the phone is restarted. I also tried resetting it to factory default, and reconfigured it.

All of the SIP standards remain the same though the various versions. What you need to figure out is, why it is failing, and what needs to be changed to fix that. The device has a GUI, so you can easily "tweak" the settings as needed. https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/panasonic-tgp500/

I would first have a look at the 3CX Activity log.

If it works with internal calls, but not external, then compare both in the logs.
