Does this article still apply? I can't get it to work with version 15.5 and yealink phones.

    https://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/call-parking/

To park a call should just be a blind transfer to *05 (*0 to park and 5 being the number of the parking orbit)
To unpark a call it should just dial *15 (*1 to unpark and 5 the number of the parking orbit).

    What am I missing? Thanks.

Note that the parking orbit is not the same thing as SP1-SP9.

    Hello @Brian Cross

Please note that this is how Parking orbit works and the documentation still applies. What is the issue you are facing?

I wasn't able to park a call via the dial codes. I called myself from my cell phone, attempted to park via the dial codes and could not successfully. I'll have to look at the logs in more detail when time permits. I just wanted to make sure I was doing it right per the article..

I understand parking orbit is not the same as SP.

@Brian Cross can you provide a wireshark capture of your pbx? I was actually hoping that you could identify the problem through analyzing the activity logs.

I had the same issue, until I realised that the Shared Parks and the Parking Orbit are not the same thing. Maybe double check which you are using?

Under Extension options>Rights make sure that Can Park Calls is enabled. This is disabled by default and I believe applies to the parking orbit, but not shared parks.
