Parking H3ll

    I don't know if anyone is having this issue, I am seeing an issue for the past few months where phone calls are getting dropped in the park and pickup (using the SPx mechanisms and hot keys). We are using Yealink T48 and T46 phones if it makes a difference.

    I've been able to reproduce this with internal and external calls, basically just park and pickup from multiple handsets until the call drops into the abyss (it will act like it connected but it's just dead air). I sometimes need to go into the "active calls" and kill the calls there.

    Saw this back in v11 on Yealinks at my last job.
    On Grandstream now. Haven't had this issue for in the 2+ years we have had this installed - even on unsupported devices.

    What version 3cx? SP? Phone firmware? Wireshark trace?

    3CX: 15.5 update 3 (this current one)
    Yealink: 28.82.0.20 and 35.82.0.20 (but this has been happening on and off for the past year)
    Which wireshark capture/log files would be the most helpful? The lost call, the picking up call, or the phone system?
