I AM TRYING TO INSTALL/EVALUATE A PATTON 4110 VOIP GATEWAY AND 3CX SOFTWARE (VER 6) BUT CANNOT GET THEM TO COMMUNICATE. HAVE CREATED THE GATEWAY ON 3CX SERVER WITH THE IP ADDRESS OF 10.0.0.8 PORT 5060 AND UPLOADED THE CONFIG FILE TO THE GATEWAY. 3CX SERVER SHOWS 4 FXO PORTS REGISTERD. BUT WHEN A CALL IS MADE THE PSTN LINE CONNECTED TO THE GATEWAY THIS CAUSES THE FXO LIGHT ON THE GATEWAY TO FLASH BUT NO RESPONSE FROM 3CX SERVER. AND WHEN CALLING FROM AN EXTENTION USING A DIAL PLAN THE SERVER RESPONDS WITH "502 BAD GATEWAY" . MANY THANKS FOR ANY HELP.

    Hi

What exact model of Patton 4110 series are you running? Is it an FXO or FXS device?

What firmware version and date are you running?

Can you paste the Verbose Logging from the Server Status log?
