and you've got just 1 line plugged in to port 0/0 ?
Do you see anything in the 3cx activity log when a call comes in on that line ?
Did you setup outbound rules to use the gateway ?
Have you turned on debugging in the patton (debug ccfxo, debug fxo, debug call-control, debug call-router, debug context sip-gateway transport, debug context sip-gateway error) and if so what do you see ??

.... seriously, show your work! ;) The more you explain the easier it'll be to fix.

what about the activity log for inbound calls ?
Are you sure you have an active line plugged in the correct port ?? Have you confirmed with an analog phone ? Is there a stuttered dial-tone perhaps on the line to indicate messages in a telco mailbox ?

O.k, I upgrade the firmware of the Patton, but I have another issue.
When I go to install a new Gateway, and install the FXS, I don't have the option on 3cx.
How I can install the template, and from where I can download or copy or something like this?

    Hi chico,

For FXO you need to go under SIP Trunk and then click on Add gateway. Then you need choose the Patton Analog FXO option and add the number ports. When you finish your configuration you can generate your device config and then upload it to your device.

    No, I need the FXS.
But the problem is I don't have the option to installer on my 3cx.
I tried to setup like FX0, but obviously don' work.
The link you give is what I want, but I don't have the option.
My 3cx is update to the last one

    Hi chico,

Did you try to add FXS/DECT from management console? (management console => FXS/DECT )
Did you mean this options? Did you full the Mac Address field?
    upload_2017-3-10_14-17-52.png
Please clarify what you mean "I do not have the option".
Could you please send us a screenshot
