    Software: 3CX Phone System v.5.0.3790
    Hardware: Patton SN3648 /%BIS/UI firmware 3.1
    4 ISDN BRI (8 digital lines)

    Only the first SIP GATEWAY on Patton SN4638 it's used for the outgoing calls (1000@192.168.0.254:5060).
    The others three gateways are not addressed correctly from 3CX Software. The Patton return this message; 'Service unavaible'
    In effect, the outgoing calls are addressed in this order (192.168.0.254 it's my patton gateway address):

    1000@192.168.0.254:5060 --> 1001@192.168.0.254:5060 --> 1002@192.168.0,254:5060 1003@192.168.0.254:5060.

    But in Patton start-up/running cofiguration the SIP GATEWAYS have an different port mapping:
    1000@192.168.0.254:5060
    1001@192.168.0.254:5062
    1002@192.168.0.254:5064
    1003@192.168.0.254:5066

    Can someone help me?

    I have the same problem. I'm so happy to know that you are working on it because it's a week that I'm trying to solve it.
    Please let me know when you'll have a solution. :evil:

    Hi,

    I had the same problem with our patton 4554 and found a workarround.

    I created two gateways: Patton 1 = line 10000 on 5060 and Patton2 = line 10001 on 5061. In the outbound call rule you have to put Route 1 = Patton 1 and Route 2 = Patton 2
