I have a 3CX setup to a Patton 4114 FXO device. The system was configure by simply running the wizard to configure the patton device. Everything was running fine then all of a sudden, we have no outgoing audio on incoming calls only. Outgoing calls and internal calls are fine. When the call comes in, the user answers and cannot hear the caller, but the caller can hear the user. There have been no configuration changes. We have power cycled both devices, but no good still. Any one have any ideas??? Thanks.
