Patton SN4114-JO-EUI FXO - No Sound

    I've just setup a Patton SN4114-JO-EUI FXO gateway. I am able to call my telephone and make calls via the Patton however, I seem to get no sound whatsoever.

    If I call a number, the receiver receives the call but I cannot hear the dial-tone when it's ringing and if they answer I cannot hear them neither can they hear me. This is the same if someone calls me, I hear nothing absolutely silent.

    I provisioned it through the guide on 3CX. Any ideas what could be wrong?

    disable any firewall -windows, 3rd party.

    Check the 3CX logs. It could be a port issue (which would include a firewall problem as noted), or a Codec (setting) problem.
