Hi I read that in the 15.5 update it will now be possible to pause the recording of a call. We tried it using the 15.5 windows client, but it doesn't work. we tried it using the new Browser based client, and it worked. So the pausing of recording seems to be there, but it just doesn't work in the Windows client. We will not be using the web client, so could this pause record feature be added to the Windows client please?
