Pause Call Recording

    Hi
    I read that in the 15.5 update it will now be possible to pause the recording of a call.
    We tried it using the 15.5 windows client, but it doesn't work.

    we tried it using the new Browser based client, and it worked.

    So the pausing of recording seems to be there, but it just doesn't work in the Windows client.
    any idea if and when this will be resolved as it will be invaluable.

    Hello @GBC_James

    Please note that this is a feature that only works with the Web client. If you would like to see this functionality added to the windows client you can request it by raising a feature request in the ideas section.
