Hi, Is it possible to pause/mute a recording in 3CX ? Preferably via an API. We've been been asked to quote on a PBX for a call centre which takes credit card details - and under the current PCI DSS rules the security codes cannot be stored. Note that the recording should not be split up if it is paused so it ends up as one file with a muted/skipped piece, but not two (or more if the agent moves back to the payment details screen). Although not preferred, It would be workable if there was some way to identify which files are part of the same call and in what sequence. Thanks in advance.
