Pause Recording

    Hi,

    There was an old thread in 2015 regarding pausing the call recording but it is yet to be answered. We need this for PCI Competency instead of ordering a separate system. Do you know if this will be implemented soon?

    Or another way white noise can be injected into the recording

    Judging by the two votes you probably aren't going to see much movement on this. At least Insperix solution (paid product) is an option...

    There were a couple of threads on this topic and I'm pretty sure Nick confirmed it was on the roadmap (no time frame though)

    Search the ideas forum and you should find it.
