Add real time monitor extension activity sort by extension groups for call out.
What do you need that's not covered by /#/app/system_status/active_calls, /webclient/#/people, and /webclient/#/switchboard? I don't necessarily disagree, but I think you might need to be more specific.
Those areas are only accessible to the users of the system. The administrators are not always users - as is our case. We have no realtime visibility of system status which can make monitoring and diagnosis harder than necessary.
So you want detailed server activity with zero user authentication? That seems... ill-advised...
How do you have administrators that aren't users? Genuinely curious.
We are a PBX hosting provider.
Its not zero authentication - its zero user accounts. Only the PBX admin portal. Yes we can create fake user accounts to get visibility, but that makes our clients uncomfortable and increases both complexity and potential for misuse. So, we'd like to be able to see a fuller range of the real-time activity directly from the PBX admin portal.
