PBX Express created multiple AWS instances...

    Anyone else see this behavior? I did not refresh the page, but the page countdown expired and threw up a message about the PBX being delayed. When checking out the licensing status of each instance, they shared license keys and had a license_error message displayed. So far deleting one of the instances appears to have resolved the issue.
