PBX Express/ Google Cloud

    We have setup the PBXexpress and have a customer running on it for 2 weeks now as a test bed. We have seen twice the management console drop with this error:
    3CX Service notification
    Following service(s) were stopped recently:
    3CXQueueManager01 (X.X.X.X)
    3CXPhoneSystemMC01 (X.X.X.X)
    This was resolved by :
    SSH to server from Google web mgmt.
    Run “sudo su” to switch to root
    Run “systemctl start 3CXPhoneSystemMC01”

    The phones continue to run and end-users don't notice service interruption but I would really like to know why this is happening and resolve the issue so we don't run into this again.

    You might also want to check the Linux syslog files (all of them), that should tell you why the service stopped.
