PBX EXPRESS on AWS IVR PROBLEM

    Hi to all, got a problem with a installation of 3CX.

    I used PBX Express on AWS,

    every now and then the service 3CXIVR01 crash, actually every night after 2am (), and during the day one or two time....

    Sometimes it is sufficient to restart the service from the console, other time i must reboot the virtual machine.

    Where i can start to track the problem? i've already checked the audio file (as i read somewhere in the forum) and the format is correct.

    Have you turned on verbose logging to try and get more information? Activity log settings verbose.

    Is the PBX installed on your AWS account? What are the specs of the machine? Do you meet the minimum requirements?
