PBXExpress or Cloud and QoS

    How are you handling hosted virtual 3CX installs and QoS? To my understanding most cloud providers don't have any QoS on traffic in their network.

    Hello @bigdessert

    Since you have SSH access to your cloud instance you can technically implement QoS (https://www.3cx.com/blog/voip-howto/qos-linux/) but i would advise against it since you wouldn't want to interfere with whatever the provider has in place for your instance. And since your instance is dedicated for the PBX then i do not see the point of doing so.
    The place where you might want to implement QoS is at the remote location where the phones are located.
