PBXpress Issue

    It creates the instance on my cloud just fine. After its all done I click on the Login to Management console, it times out and gives an error. I click login to 3cxwebclient, the same thing. It will not allow me to login to anything that it has created. Why?

    Between callcentric and 3cx I can't decide which one is worse. my business phone is 100% down and I cant get a response out of either of yall. this is absolutely ridiculous and with customer support like this, your system is sure to tank. Going to port my business number to my cell phone line in the morning so I can at least keep receiving customer calls. See? THAT'S how customer support is supposed to operate, doing whatever it takes to see the customer is taken care of.
