    3CX Vs 12.5
    WS 2008R2 VM on Hyper-V 2008R2

User's are hearing garbled and/or choppy audio from the 3CX system. I keep monitoring the processor queue length and for the most part it's staying under 10, but is spiking up to 100. I believe Microsoft recommends 2. I'm having a difficult time troubleshooting the issue.

I tried to setup an alert to email me when the cpu queue length goes over 10, but I haven't been able to get that to work. Currently it's averaging around 0.

Could it be possible that another VM or the host machine might be having CPU issues causing the 3CX VM to respond like this?

ESPECIALLY in a virtualized scenario, it's incredibly important that the time of the VM is dead on because there's no hardware clock to cue from. Even 15-20 sec or more off can make call quality jumpy and skittish.

Sync with an internet or local time source and test call quality again.
