Permissions required for call completion

    I just recently activated call completion on our Yealink phones, it is a callback when busy feature. It does work for some internal calls and not for others.
    I guess, that it might be due to some permissions settings. I checked "publish presence status globally" for each group, as there is no extension group, where all extensions are part of.

    But somehow it only works sometimes and I couldn't figure out a pattern yet.

    What permissions are required? Any ideas?
