Is it possible to have the dial pad persistent on the client app (so avoiding the need to click the button to make it appear)? Additionally, when a call ends is it possible to set the default state that the app returns to (ie. go back to the presence information screen by default)? The reason for this question is that for the receptionist on a client site, it is annoying to have to keep clicking the 'show dialpad' icon, especially when it is necessary to transfer a call. I've looked for options but don't see any obvious way to 'pin' the dialpad so it always shows.
