pfsense issue?

    Hi,
    I have two locations using pfsense firewalls, and the configuration was followed from the documentation. Everything works fine until about 1 week or so then the following issue happens...
    - call comes in to receptionist everything is fine (two way audio)
    - receptionist transfers call to employee and we lose audio going out (outside party can't hear us).

    The employee calls back the person right away and everything works fine. It seems it only happens when calls are transferred, and once the issue starts, it happens everytime. The only solution i've found is to reboot the pfsense firewall. This happens with both of my locations.

    Any ideas?

    If "Supports Re-Invite" and "Supports Replaces" are checked in the Provider Advanced settings, try disabling them.
