Phone adapter won't answer calls

    I have a ht-488 phone adapter. Everything works fine calling out but if you call the adapter, you answer it and the phone stops rings but it does not connect the call in 3cx. The ext on the other end keeps ring and then goes to voice mail. The phone works fine at the central office inside the 3CX firewall .

    But as soon as I connect them as remote phones outside the firewall they will not answer. I have tried several soft phones at the same office outside the firewall and they answer fine. I have tried to open all the ports or 5060-5090 stuns 3478 and many more and nothing.
