    Hi there,

My OnCallStatusChanged event no longer executes it's code for incoming calls. It only fires for outgoing calls.

    Anyone experience this problem?

    Thanks in advance

I found that the problem only happens on Windows 10 machines. The API functions as it should on Windows 7 machines.

I just tested this with a simple example in Windows 10 and it works normally. What I did was this:

If you want to try this example I have also attached the .dll of this.

The version of Windows I ran this on successfully is this:

It is also worth noting that I tested this on V14 SP3 Single Instance with a 4SC Pro License Key.

Thanks for the response. I lost interest in troubleshooting the fault I had as I'm the only user that is not on windows 7.

I will have a closer look at your post, test further and provide feedback.

    Thanks!
