Phone Calling (Event status)

    Hallo,
    i have a question to ask you:

    in VAD how i can know the current tel. calling in which 'status' is ?
    Example of possible status: 'waiting', 'hold', 'ended', 'transferred', ....

    How (and where) using VAD could i know this information?

    Hello,

    Not sure if I understood correctly, but a caller to a VAD callflow is always connected. You can't put it on hold for example. Once the call is transferred or dropped the VAD call is disconnected. Then you start executing the "Disconnect flow" (you can switch to that view with the tabs below).

    If you need something else, please explain what you're trying to do and we'll let you know what's the best approach for it.
