3CX v11, had a couple Yealinks on the system. Did some configuration to one of the phones via its web GUI, and now the phone isn't seen by 3CX. I've reset it to factory and rebooted the phone a couple times and the server once.

What can I do to get this phone to be seen by 3CX?
    TIA.

not sure, how do I examine the phone blacklist?

Server log says [IPBL] Packet from banned IP/range: ip = 192.168.3.234; Comment: PBX: blocked for too many failed authentications

The phone in question is using the 3.234 address.

Found it there, and after deleting it, the phone instantly appeared as normal. Thanks everybody.

I had it happen to me a few times when moving a phone from my test system to my live system. I know to watch for it now. :)
Glad you got it sorted out.
