    just shoot from the hip:

does your phone has default gateway? Can you see traffic from your phone is it passing through your firewall rule?

    Hi,

is this being used as a remote extension? If yes try through the Proxy server - it makes things a lot easier!

If this is, in fact, being used as a 3CX extension, with the PBX being located at commercial.onestreamnetworks.com , then be sure that the Domain Name is datafilled in the PBX or it will reject any incoming calls using it.

The 3CX PBX logs should confirm this, if this is the cause of the failures.

Since you are not able to reach a STUN server there may be other issues as well. Have you tried using from any other locations? Are you trying from behind a Proxy Server at an office?

try extensions--->other--->and assure disallow outside of use on LAN. also as joshhough said using SIP Proxy server does eliviate alot of problems when using remote extension also hardward VPN is always best route from my experience.
