Phone has issues over CISCO VPN

    Encountered the following issue 3CX VOIP Softphone (Version: 4.0.13679.0:)
    When the softphone (3cx) that is registered over cisco VPN client receives a call from another softphone (3CX) that is registered internally,
    After clicking the answer button, the line1 ( on the VPN side registered phone,) continues to blink and the phone will continue to ring.
    The call cannot be answered and the ring cannot be shut-off; this happens for 30 seconds (approx.) and then the call gets ended.
    I did not encounter the above issue when I have used an Xlite phone on the VPN side.

    Any ideas / suggestions?

    Every time I hear about "30 sec", it makes me think about an unreachable IP/address. Is there any hint in the phone's debug window? (menu/debug) Also, you may try to uncheck "Allow video calls" in the Preferences dialog, to exclude video factor from our issue.
