PHONE IS NOT MAKING OUTBOUND OR INBOUND CALLS!!

    hey everyone, i am farily new to VOIP it self, but i have set up both the gateway which is a linksys 3102 and the 2 ip phones which are Aastra 33i's. Now when i try to place a call the call fails every single time. the same with recieveing calls, i call my work number and all of the original phones ring but not my ip phones.
    I have upadate the firware
    i have version 6.0 of 3cx
    the aastra 33i are connected and registered, but say idle in quotes the same with my linksys. the light is green but the phone line is not active at all.
    this is what the server status emits when i try to place the call:

    any help would be greatly appreciated.
    can someone please help me make sense of this!!???

    Do you have an outgoing connection to the outside world? (VOIP/PSTN)?

    Do you have a rule setup to handle your outgoing calls?

    make sure your route is configured, with that I mean:

    Your Aastra appears to have some issues

    Does not seem to be able what to do eg not registered, are all your lines nice and "green" ?

We can also propose larger licenses as you desire and you can eventually perform Edition Upgrades as your needs grow.
