Phone keeps ringing and 3cx doesn't answer

    Hi,

    I have configured my 3cx with a digital receptionist that it's working just fine when I try ir from another phone, and it's also working from an outside line (I called myself). But for some reason the system just stops answering after some days. I don't know exactly how many days it takes to "turn-off" the system.
    But when I look at the server log status, everything seems to be normal, but when I call the [phone keeps ringing and doesn't show anything in the server log. Besides that the line status appear as iddle. I already asked my voip provider who said that everything it's normal, so it must be a configuration problem with my pbx....any ideas?

    Hello and welcome to 3CX Community,
    I need some other data to can help you

    any way try to reset your dsl router to see is it from router or not
    if it not work reset the extension
    if it not work press register the line on 3cx server

    what is your voip prvider?
    what is the server log ?
    what is your extesion staus?
