Does anybody know when an incoming call comes in where does 3CXPhone for Android look for the phone number to match it to a contact. For example, does it first look in the company directory and then the phone contacts or just the company directory or just the phone contacts.

From what I've seen (and I very well may be incorrect), if there is a matching entry in the 3CX PBX phone book, a name will be "picked up" there and overrides any sent by the provider. Once it gets to your phone, the number could be matched a second time (may require an exact match), and your personal entry against it may be displayed (given that name probably means more to you, than the name in the 3CX Phone book). This should be easy to confirm by using a different name, in each location, for the same number.
