I'm using Linksys SPA 942 phones. If I use the DND function on the phones to stop it from ringing if I'm in a meeting then I can't get a call transferred to VM at my phone.

What I do - Press DND on the phone. If I call the extension from another extension it goes to VM. That's fine and works as expected.

When I try to transfer a call from an extension to the extension w/ DND turned on it goes straight to VM. I can't transfer. A blind transfer disconnects the call.

Isn't that what it should do? If DND is on, the phone should not ring.

I agree that a blind transfer should not disconnect the call it should go to VM also. That may be a 3CX issue.

Right - the phone should not ring. But you can't transfer the call to VM. If you call the extension VM picks up, but you just can't transfer because the calling extension goes right into VM.
