Phone System Suddenly stops.

    Hi,


    Anyone encountered the whole system is not functioning as is. Like cannot make internal call i only hear dead air even outgoing call dead air and when i call the PRI i hear busy tone. All extensions are in green and some are in connected or yellow.

    Where should i look to know what might be the cause of this?

    Hi,

    First check if your logging level is verbose and if not make it like this. When this happens what do you do to recover? When this happens again you can collect logs by generating support info and send me a PM with them.

    Hi Dan,

    Yes the logging is in verbose. I only restart all services since I can still explore the management console. OK I will send you a PM if this will happen again with the verbose logs.
