phone system unregisters everyday

    3cx is unregistering every morning at 8 a.m. We were beginning to think it was our router, but resetting the router and reregistering 3cx before it actually happens doesn't seem to be working. Has anyone else ran into this issue of their SIP trunk unregistering at a certain time or randomly.

    hi,

    it's only this trunk or other ? if it's only it i suggest you to send email to your trunk provider maybe they have short cut in this time.

    We've have already contacted them. They are going to monitor the trunk to determine if it's them.
