    Hi All!

I was able to delete all Phonebook Entries that we have with the help of the 3CX tool provided by Support..

Configured Phonebook ODBC feature to capture contacts based on our existing database

The ODBC is working as it's starting to populate caller information and adds them to the Phonebook entries..

However, I'm seeing several duplicate entries, is this normal? or something that can be fixed?

    Thanks in Advance!

Oh Yes! entries are duplicating all the time here!
I think I'd rather have an ODBC to the 3CX Database than n ODBC connection to mysql......

    PLEASE FIX!

I recognized, this happens, when there are empty values in the database.

    e.g. db

    ID | name | mobile | business
    1 | Doe | _____ |
    2 | Smith | 11111 | 22222

    Then Smith gets dublicated contact.

I have similar problem, when one of the column is empty, I don´t get an entry to my contacts

    e.g. db

ID | name | mobile | business or ID | name | mobile | business
    1 | Doe | 11111 |____________ 1 | Doe |______| 22222

My caller ID is 11111 or 22222, I don´t get a contact entry to 3CX server.

Only if all columns are filled with values like below, I get a result.

    ID | name | mobile | business
    1 | Doe | 11111 | 22222

Is this a bug, can that be changed without any dummy values?

I confirm that this is a problem !!!!

    I have a db access.

    my connect odbc string is:

    select f_ragsoc as intestazione, IIf(IsNull(f_telefo), ' ', F_TELEFO) as telefono, IIf(IsNull(F_TELEF2), ' ', F_TELEF2) as telefono2, IIf(IsNull(F_CELLUL), ' ', F_CELLUL) as cellulare FROM client WHERE F_TELEFO LIKE'%%number%' OR F_CELLUL LIKE '%%number%' OR F_TELEF2 LIKE '%%number%'

    sometimes I find duplicates ....
