Phonebook sync with LDAP not working

    I've installed 3CX Phone System v12 Professional Edition and now I'm trying to set up phonebook sync with LDAP but I just don't get it to work. I double checked the LDAP settings and they are definitely correct and I also enabled "Caller ID and Phonebook matching" with a minimum matching length of 6. So here are my questions:

    a) How can I debug the phonebook sync?
    b) How often does 3CX resync with LDAP?

    Hi there,
    Ensure your logging level is in verbose mode, restart services, wait for 5-10 mins for sync, then see log file : C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Logs\3CXCompanyDirectory.trace.log

    LDAP sync has been tested against MS Active Directory only.
