Solved Phones do not reboot in hot desking

    Hi guys, just got a problem with configuring hot desking. Tested with one SNOM D375 and one Yealink T23G with supported firmware via SBC. When assigned the hot desking extension to the physical phones, both phones did not reboot automatically. Need to reboot the phones manually to go ahead with hot desking.

    Does anyone have the idea of how to solve the problem?

    Off the top of my head, I would say Factory Reset the phones, delete the extensions you have these phones connected to (or remove the devices from the "Phone Provisioning" tab), the re-provision the phones using PnP, not by copy-pasting the prov link into the phones interface.

    If you copy-paste the link, the phone will provision but you won't be able to restart the phone from the Management Console.

    Hi @NickD_3CX, thanks for the reply. Just noticed that we installed two SBC on the LAN. Removed one and it works.
