Two of our phones are getting unregistered every 2-3 hours
They are unregistered on the 3cx v15, but show up as registered on the GUI of actual phones. When this happens calls cannot be transferred to extensions that assigned to those phones.
Two phones: Grandstream GXP1200 and Grandstream BT200
In 3cx event log it just gives: Extension 111 is unregistered, removed contact: sip:[email protected]:5060;transport=tcp
Please advise what the issue may be :S

So it sounds like the set is happy and thinks that it re-registered when it was supposed to. I would think that the re-registration time is either not set correctly (within 30 minutes), or there is some other option that is set incorrectly, to cause this.

Given that the make of set is not "officially" supported by 3CX (and would appear to be on the "naughty" list), if you don't get a satisfactory answer here, you might try the manufacturers website forum.

Do these phones have direct LAN (or VPN) access to the 3CX server?
Or do they have to traverse a firewall?
