We've got a situation where devices continue to show up as new devices in the phones node, even after being provisioned, and working. We've confirmed they're same devices by MAC address, but the IP address is different. The "new" phone (bold) can't be logged into at that IP, but the provisioned one can. Why do these show up again, and how can we make them go away?

Just a guess - but was the phone connected to the network before the DHCP reservation was created? That could account for why the phone is still showing up as a new phone - it was detected when it was first joined to the network with its random DHCP issued IP address. After the DHCP reservation was set (for a different IP) address and provisioned, the original entry under phones wasn't cleared out.

You should be able to click on the new entry in the Phones section and click the Reject button to remove it from the list.
