Phones will not connect

    OK, I thought there was something wrong with my configuration, so I COMPLETELY removed and reinstalled 3CX, but I still have the same problem.

    I am attempting to have SNOM300 phones with the latest firmware connect to the latest 3CX system. I have pre-configured the "provisioning" tab of each of my extensions with the appropriate information.

    Every time one of the SNOM 300 phones connect I receive the following 3CX Server Activity Log entry:

    [CM302001]: Authorization system cano not idetnify source of: SipReq: SUBSCRIBE .....
    And then almost immediately a second entry: "Subscr. terminated for from MAC........." message.

    Why won't my phones connect now? I had the phones connected before? I have DHCP Option 66 properly configured.

    WHAT IS WRONG?
