Pick Up Call from Queue - Greyed Out

    Does anyone know how to configure the Call Assistant to enable me to pick up calls when callers enter the call queue? We are using the enterprise addition, so these options should not be greyed out. All options do work when a call comes in, all except for the pick up call from queue option.

    For now, the only way we can retrieve a call from a queue is to wait for the call to ring on our phones.

    Please advise??
