A call queue supervisor may choose to remain logged out of the queue but continue to monitor calls using the switchboard view. They occasionally want to pick up a call out of the queue without logging in to the queue. They can do this now by either right-clicking the call and selecting the option to transfer to their extension (and entering their extension number) or drag and drop the call to their extension in the presence list. Both options involve extra steps or can misdirect calls with a slip of the mouse. It would be nice to have a right-click "Pick Up" option for the call, similar to what is available when (with appropriate permissions) you can pick up a call from the IVR.
