Picking up a parked call is not instant

    My customer is quite unhappy because when you pick up a parked call it is not instant.
    There is a 2-3 second delay between pressing the button and actually being able to speak to the caller that was parked.

    We have 3cx 8sc 12.x
    We have 35 Yealink 46g phones
    We have 2 Patton FXO gateways

    What can I do?

    My other post about this seems to have disappeared?

    There should be a small delay as your phone "rings" the shared park and connects...
    But I have seen about a 1-1.5 sec delay.
